The IDEAA Partnership is a Health & Science Innovations workforce development initiative, and a cross-sector partnership dedicated to the implementation of a comprehensive pipeline that attracts and prepares new talent to meet the needs of employers with engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing operations; through hands-on workshops, courses, certification curriculum, credentialing, project based learning and practice opportunities. Partners include Design Bank, First Maker Space, Maker Youth Foundation, Direct Employers Institute, and This initiative is supported by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) through their Skill Up Indiana! Grant.

We are working on opening additional courses for 2018. We accept requests for delivering our courses to your group or team; please contact us for specific requests.

Please join our waiting list if you are interested in future offerings. Individuals in the waiting list will be given a 10% discount, notified and given priority for new courses when they become available.


 IDEAA Courses

You may register for any of the following individual courses; or you may take all 6 core courses to complete our Certificate in Design and Rapid Prototyping. Each course is between 20 and 24 hours that are scheduled across 4 to 6 weeks. These courses are developed in collaboration with employers in Central Indiana.
