Young Innovators Quest 2012 alumnus Prahasith Velovolu along with Jacobi Petrucciani and Colton Voege, have been selected to the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 – Education List for developing Mimir, a company and platform for computer science courses that enables professors to upload syllabus assignments, grade and log work and provide comments to students – fast. They are part of the Y Combinator’s 2015 cohort. Prahasith stated : “another one of my dreams came true today, we made it onto Forbes Under 30! Couldn’t be more proud of the entire team”. The Mimir platform is now used by more than 70 universities and the company has employed over 12 people.
